I always wanted to be an estate agent and remember when I was in school the careers guidance teacher was going around the class asking everyone what they wanted to be. Class mates were saying things like ‘doctor’, ‘lawyer’, ‘marine biologist’ etc – when I said ‘estate agent’, she just looked at me in a mysterious way ... I am not sure why, because I think it is the best job in the world! – I have now been an estate agent for over 20 years and in that time have had the privilege of selling and renting some phenomenal properties. I worked in Belgravia, Chelsea & Kensington for many years before setting up Gardiner Residential with Emma. Together, I think we make a good team and because we have the same goals and business ethics, I like to think we offer our clients a different bespoke service that is established on ‘old school’ business principles of professionalism, customer service and integrity.

Property has been a lifelong passion of mine. Even from an early age, I was fascinated by the character of different homes and the way people lived in them. I was born and raised in Ealing, attended St Saviour’s School (where my own children later went), and have always felt a deep connection to this area.
My career in estate agency began many moons ago, right here in Ealing, and has spanned over 30 years. I started with a local agency before moving on to a large corporate firm, working across prime London areas such as Chiswick, Putney, Tower Bridge, and most notably Little Venice and St John’s Wood, where I managed one of the company’s highest-performing offices. I also took on the role of training new staff across the business, helping to shape the next generation of agents.
With decades of experience—particularly in the luxury property market—I bring a depth of knowledge, negotiation skill, and insight that only comes from working at the very highest levels of the industry. This experience means I’m able to offer my clients not just a service, but a strategic advantage in the market. Whether buying, selling, or renting, I understand how to get the best outcome and make the process feel seamless and supported.
After having children, I knew it was time to bring all that knowledge home. Launching my own independent agency in Ealing was a natural next step—combining corporate expertise with a boutique, personal approach that reflects the community I love.
As a woman in business—especially in an industry that hasn’t always been known for inclusivity—I’m proud to lead with empathy, strength, and integrity. I’ve built an agency where relationships matter, trust is key, and every client is treated with care and respect.
I wanted something different: a local agency where I could run into clients at Waitrose, stop for a chat, and feel genuinely proud to have played a part in their property journey.
